The $25 Mise Pass is non-refundable in the traditional sense. But if you confirm a booking within 7 days, the $25 is credited automatically — no code, no request, no friction.

If you browse for 7 days and don't book, the fee stays with Mise. We use it to keep the directory curated and operational. If you book within 30 days of your pass expiring, contact us — we'll apply a courtesy credit.

Yes — they stack and are independent. The $25 Mise Pass gives you full directory browse access. The $50 inquiry fee is paid when you submit a quote request to a specific chef and signals serious intent. Both credits are applied to your final booking total.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
The Mise Pass is non-refundable once purchased. However, if you confirm a booking with a Mise chef, the $25 is automatically credited — effectively making the pass free. If you don't book, the fee helps us maintain a curated, serious directory for everyone.
Is this a subscription? Will I be charged again?
